Graveside services for Mrs. Mildred Brunson McCormack of Norway, S.C. will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Bamberg County Memorial Gardens in Bamberg. Mrs. Mildred passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017.
She was born on March 16, 1933 in Orangeburg County. She was the daughter of the late John Macon Brunson and the late Dolly Myers Brunson. Mrs. McCormack was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Cope, S.C.
Survivors include her daughters, Joan (David) Bush of Port Orange, FL, Janet (Carl) Hughes of Lexington; son, Bobby Eidson of Norway, S.C.; four grandchildren, Wendy Wilson, Neal Eidson, Tammy Hughes and Richie Hughes; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Brunson of Norway, S.C., Dock (Ruby Jane) Brunson of Norway, S.C.; sisters, Mary (Meril) Murphy of Orangeburg and Betty (Jim) Marchant of Harleyville, S.C. and a number of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
