Mona L. Jacobs, 66, passed away August 21st, 2019 after an extended illness.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM before the service.

A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.

She was born October 17, 1952 in Memphis, TN to the late Larry John Larsen and the late Mary Smoak Larsen. She was preceded in death by a stepson, Jason Irick.

She is survived by her soulmate, Jimmy Rucker, her daughter, Carla (Tracy) Dyson, her stepson, Joshua Rucker; 2 sisters, Martha (Mark) Kennemore and Lorraine Griffis; Six grandchildren, Brett Fenstermaker, James C. Kelly, Evan Knight, Cameron Knight, Jacob Knight and Kyler Dyson. Also, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins, Two special cousins, Al and Suzanne Faulling.

Memorials may be made to any Cancer Society.
