Nancy Linda Mciver

Miss Nancy Linda McIver, 78, of Orangeburg passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, after an extended illness.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 655 Hammond Cross Road, St. Matthews, S.C.   Rev. Henry Cooper will be officiating.

Miss Nancy was born on October 21, 1945, in Orangeburg, S.C.  She was the daughter of the late Elvin McIver and the late Mary Horger Tager.  She enjoyed making crafts, especially potholders, solving crossword and word search puzzles.  Miss Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, El “Mac” McIver and a sister, June Herlong.

Survivors include her brother, John W. McIver (Bonnie); sister, Susan Golson, and a number of nieces, nephews and additional family and friends.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Grove Park Hospice for the care, love and support that was given during Miss Nancy’s illness.
