Nell Waters Chimes. 72. of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2014.
Services will be 2:00 Saturday, December 13, 2014, at the Prospect Southern Methodist Church in Jamison, S.C.
Nell was born September 8, 1942 in Orangeburg, a daughter of the late Virgil Waters and the late Lois Smoak Waters. She was preceded in death by her husband- Paul Chimes. Nell's beautiful smile will be sorely missed.
Surviving is her daughter, Regina Greene and a grandson, Grant Duncan both of Deerfield Beach, Florida; granddaughter, Lindsay Duncan and great grandson, Oscar of TN; three sisters, Joan Haring, Catherine Newell, and Virgie Waters; and twelve of her first cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that Memorials be made to Prospect Southern Methodist Church, with a memo line "Cemetery Fund/Nell Chimes," and mailed to Buzz Braxton, Cemetery Fund Treasurer, Prospect Southern Methodist Church, 4140 Belleville Road, Orangeburg, S.C. 29118.
