Nell (Creech) Faulling

Nell Creech Faulling , 85,  passed away at Riverside Healthcare and Rehab in Orangeburg on Thursday, February 16, 2017.   Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg.  Rev. Ryan Tucker will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Bonnette, Dalton Odom, Ralph Faulling, Al Faulling, Woody Keitt, Wesley Keitt and Kevin Odom.

Mrs. Faulling was born on July 2, 1931 in Olar, S.C.  She was the daughter of the late Henry K. Creech and the late Orrie Morris Creech.  Mrs. Faulling was a member of First Baptist Church in Orangeburg.  She was a retired dietician from the Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Faulling loved making angels and she collected lighthouses.  She was predeceased by her husband Albert E. Faulling (Jack).

Survivors include her children; Angela F. Carr (George) of Orangeburg, Dwight Faulling (Barbara) of Swansea and Debra F. Odom (Charlie) of Cordova; 1 brother, Nolan Creech of North; two sisters, Mrs. Dewey (Mary) Fair of Olar and Mrs. John (Carmen) Platt of Orangeburg; four grandchildren, Kevin Odom of Cordova, Susan R. Carr and Andy Carr of Oklahoma City, OK and Lauren F. Suppin of Wando and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. prior to the funeral service.
