Pamela Jane Headden, born on September 8, 1958, peacefully passed away on May 28, 2026, at MUSC Orangeburg. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments.

Pamela was a devoted homemaker throughout her entire life, dedicating herself to creating a nurturing and loving environment for those around her. Her greatest joy came from her family, and she was especially proud of being a "Mama" to her grandchildren, a role she cherished deeply.

Known for her personality, Pamela loved her family dearly and had a unique gift for connecting with people. She enjoyed talking to friends and loved ones on the phone, delighting in thrift store shopping, and was an avid fan of Clemson University, passions that brought her much happiness.

Pamela is survived by her beloved children: Charles Headden, Jr. (Amanda), Frankie Headden, and Cynthia Headden. She also takes immense pride in her grandchildren—Devin, Pamela, Natacha and Sierra Headden—as well as Blair Amaker. Among those who held a special place in her heart were her great niece, Zoey Gentile, her sister, Karen Hilley, and her brothers, Ricky Shuler, Andy Shuler, and David Shuler. Pamela’s fiancé, Robert Fogle, stood by her side, sharing in the love and companionship they built together. She is also remembered fondly by an extended circle of family and friends who were touched by her kindness and generosity.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, William David and Joanne Charlotte Rourk Shuler, Jr.; her husband, Charles K. Headden, Sr.; and her sister, Cynthia Driver.
