Patricia Louise Ellis Smith, 64, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg. Rev. Larry Canaday will be officiating.
Mrs. Smith was born on August 1, 1952 in Sumter. She was the daughter of the late C.D. Ellis and the late Ina Maude Livingston Ellis. She was retired from Dr. Vann Beth Shuler’s office as a Medical Office Assistant.
Survivors include her sons, Chuck Smith and Jessica Darnell of Bowman and Clay and Tammy Smith of Bowman; 4 grandchildren, Dayton Smith, Ethan Smith of Bowman and Addisynn Smith and Sloan Smith of Bowman; close family friends Roberta Jones, Donna Myers and Mildred Duncan; 1 brother, 2 sisters and a number of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 P.M.on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at the residence of the late Helen Smith, 7237 Vance Road, Bowman, S.C. 29018.
