Phil Rivers Garrick , 61 of Cope died Saturday January 11, 2014.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Saturday before the service at the funeral home. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with Mrs. Doris Murray
He was born May 29, 1952 in Orangeburg, SC; the son of the late Brice M. Garrick and the late Margaret Katherine Rudd Garrick. He was a member of Two Mile Swamp Baptist Church and was employed with Husqvarna Outdoor Products.
Survivors include 2 sisters; Mitzi and Archie Fetner of Charleston; twin sister; Phyllis Hopkins of Holly Hill; nieces and nephews; Ashley (Frank) Schaefer of St. John's, FL; Joel (Jil) Hopkins of Holly Hill; Tammie (Robert) Rickenbacker of Holly Hill; 5 great nephews and 2 great nieces.
