Raiford "Rai" Fairey

Raiford “Rai” Fairey, 60, of Orangeburg passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Rai was born on July 9, 1958 in Orangeburg, S.C.  He was the son of the late Harold Raiford Fairey, Jr. and Jean Cornelius Fairey.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Antley Fairey of the home; children, Crystal Wannamaker (Curtis) of Orangeburg, Brenda Franks (Colby “ Kim”) of Orangeburg, grandchildren, Colby Franks, Connor Franks; mother, Jean Cornelius Fairey; sister, Deborah Fairey Lee (Jeff); brothers, Harold George Fairey (Kris), Clifton Norman Fairey (Amy Ridgeway); uncle, Virgil Fairey (Taunya) and a number of nieces and nephews.
