Rayford Randolph Rucker, Jr.

Rayford Randolph Rucker, Jr., 75 of St. Matthews passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018.

The family will receive friends at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.

Mr. Rayford was born December 31, 1943 in Charleston County, SC; the son of the late Rayford Randolph Rucker, Sr. and the late Evelyn Davis Rucker. He served in the U.S. Marines and was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.

Survivors include a son; Rayford Randolph Rucker III of Greer, SC; a daughter; Heather Marie Russell of St. Matthews, SC; a grand-daughter; Charlotte Russell; 2 sisters; Darleen Rucker of Greenville and Laura Westfall of Ohio and 2 nephews, Ty and Troy.
