Raymond Willis "Ray" Bowick, Jr., 64, died Saturday, July 6, 2013 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Private Services will be held by the family.
Mr. Bowick was born October 20, 1948 in Charleston, a son of the late Raymond W. Bowick, Sr. and the late Lucille Parker Bowick. He served in the u. S. Army and Vietnam. He was formally employed with Superior motors and Dwight's Body Shop.
Survivors include his wife; Savon Castelloe Bowick of Orangeburg; one son; William Bowick of Orangeburg; two step-sons; Timmy Castelloe and Stephen Castelloe both of Orangeburg; two brothers; Carl Bowick and Timmy Bowick both of Charleston; two sisters; Nancy Barlow of Durham, N.C. and Mary Bowick of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
