Rhonda Drawdy Baltzegar,74, of Bowman, SC, passed away peacefully at her home on March 27. Born on January 30, 1952 to the late Vernon Jenson Drawdy and Theddis Drawdy Baltzegar in Virginia.

Rhonda found her greatest joy in her family and treasured every moment spent with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She and her husband loved to travel and spent many vacations over the years riding their motorcycle. Together they visited 48 states on their motorcycle. One of her favorite places to visit was the mountains especially Cades Cove, TN. She loved playing cards with her family and in general being outside. She retired from Orangeburg DMV.

Surviving are her husband Richard Baltzegar. She has five children, Robert M. Craig III (Rose Brotherton) of Sumter, Jennifer (Charles) Edgemon of North, Ashley (Brandon) Summers of Branchville, Bryan (Crystal) Craig of Branchville, and Chad (Regina) Baltzegar of Cordova.

She was a proud Nana (grandmother) to 18 grandchildren,  Marisa (Jonathan) Martin, Carrie Goodman, Dylan (Katlyn Burchett) Craig, Lee Rutland, Desi (Bryson) Funchess, Storm Blackmon, Ethan Craig, Chad Allen (Annsleigh) Baltzegar, Walker Summers, Ashton Craig, Emily Cooper, Tyler Craig, Levi Baltzegar, Liam Baltzegar, Bransley Summers, Jacob Craig, Jensen Summers and Elijah Craig. She also had 10 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by her siblings Sheila (the late Jerome) Smoak, Michael (Barbara) Drawdy, Terry (Patti) Drawdy, along with many nieces and nephews, and extended family members.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7pm on March 31st at Thompson Funeral Home, 1012 Whitman St SE, Orangeburg, SC 29115. A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
