Richard "Dusty" O. Williams

Richard “Dusty” Oneal Williams, 65, of Neeses passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 5, 2024.

The family will hold a service at a later date.

Dusty was born in Orangeburg County to the late Oneal Williams and the late Doris W. Williams.  He was self employed as a carpenter and could build just about anything.

Survivors include his sisters, Pamela Hutto, Cynthia Ann Williams; brother, Russell Williams; stepfather, Gary Davis and a number of nieces and nephews that are from Orangeburg.
