Robert "Bobby" Keith Kemmerlin, Sr., 67 of Orangeburg died Sunday, January 10, 2016 died at the DORN Veterans Hospital in Columbia
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg with Rev. Keith Vaughn officiating.
Pallbearers will be Larry Kemmerlin, Shaun Kemmerlin, Keiley Osborne, Jamey Proveaux, Chris Stevenson, Troy Gue, Mike Johnson and Wade Gue
He was born January 2, 1949 in Orangeburg, SC; the son of the late Osborne Kemmerlin and the late Edith Sanford Kemmerlin. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He was retired assistant manager of Highway 21 Sales and Service. He was the widower of Wendy Judy Kemmerlin and was preceded in death by a brother; Larry Kemmerlin and a sister, Joyce Gue.
Survivors include 2 sons; Robert "Keith" Kemmerlin, Jr. of Powderville, SC and Larry Kemmerlin of Orangeburg; 3 daughters; Nikki Kemmerlin, Bobbie Kemmerlin both of Orangeburg and Fran Kemmerlin of Yemassee, SC; 1 brother, Linard Kemmerlin of Branchville and 2 sisters; Judi (Charles) Hagan of Orangeburg and Dianne (Chris) Binnicker of Gaffney; 5 grandchildren; Cheyenne Kemmerlin, Shaun Kemmerlin, Corporal Shoen Fife, Wyatt Kemmerlin and Ashley Melton and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
