Sallie Knight, 88 of Neeses, SC died on Friday, August 12, 2016 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with Rev. Chuck Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg.
Pallbearers will be Brian Etheridge, Dustin Etheridge, William Etheridge, Allen Knight, Ben Knight and Chris Tuten.
Mrs. Knight was born on March 13, 1928 in Elloree, S.C. She was the daughter of the late Henry Dantzler and the late Emma Bell Kemmerlin Dantzler. She was retired from the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. Mrs. Sallie attended Two Mile Swamp Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Willie Knight, Sr. and her daughter-in-law, Katherine Hoffman.
Survicors include her daughter, Betty Jean Bonin of Neeses; 2 sons, Willie (Judy) Knight and Jimmie Hoffman all of Neeses; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
