Sandra (Timmons) Craig

Sandra (Timmons) Craig, departed this life on December 30, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on October 25, 1950, Sandra's journey through life was marked by love for her family and community.

Sandra dedicated over 20 years to the finance industry, demonstrating her commitment and expertise before embracing a new chapter alongside her beloved husband of over 57 years, Kenneth "Wade" Craig. Together, they poured their hearts into the culinary world, owning the Southland Restaurant from 1997 until 2016. There, Sandra’s warmth and hospitality created a welcoming haven for all who entered.

Her academic achievements were highlighted by her graduation from Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College, where she earned an associate's degree in accounting. Yet, it was her role as a devoted family member that defined her most. Sandra delighted in spending time with her family, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Sandra leaves behind her loving husband, Kenneth “Wade” Craig; son, Kenneth Craig, Jr. (Terrie); and grandsons, Austin Craig (Maddie) and Joseph Craig. Their shared laughter and support formed a strong bond that will endure even in her absence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Sybil Bailey Timmons; her dearly loved daughter, Carlotta Craig Campbell; and her siblings: William Timmons, Jr., Barry D. Timmons, Michael L. Timmons, Jeanne Robinson, Pam Ackerman, and Linda Timmons. Each of them holds a special place in her heart and is forever remembered for their shared laughter and love.

In her leisure moments, Sandra found joy in sipping coffee, a simple pleasure that echoed her appreciation for the little things in life. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and unwavering love that will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
