Scarlett Weeks Syfrett

Scarlett Weeks Syfrett , 52 of Cordova passsed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at her residence.

Funeral Services will be held 4:00 PM Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Living Wells Celebration Center, 593 Neeses Hwy. Orangeburg with Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery in Neeses with Rev. Benny Williams officiating directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.

Scarlett was born May 29, 1962 in Orangeburg, SC. She was the daughter of Billy Weeks and the late Gail (Gene) Elliott Gehry. She was a 1980 high school graduate of Willington Academy. She studied at the University of South Carolina and obtained a bachelor degree at Orangeburg-Calhoun Regional Hospital School of Nursing. She dedicated her life to taking care of others, and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Living Wells Celebration Center. She is preceded in death by her son, William Aston Syfrett; Mother, Gail Elliott Gehry and by her grandparents, Leonard and Odessa Elliott.

Survivors include her loving husband of 30 years, Danny D. Syfrett, Jr. of the home; one brother; Britt Weeks of Columbia; her daughter, Lindsey (Aaron) Berry of Cordova and two grandchildren; Khloe and Kasen Berry and her father Billy Weeks.

Friends may call at the residence of Lindsey and Aaron Berry, 112 Raven Road, Cordova, SC 29039 and at the funeral home.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 PM Tuesday before the service at Living Wells Worship Center; 593 Neeses Highway; Orangeburg.
