Mrs. Toey was born on September 15, 1948 in West Virginia. She was predeceased by a brother, Jimmy Wilson.

Survivors include her husband, Darryl Toey of the home; sons, Troy Harrison (Tammy) of Huffman, TX, Harley Harling; a number of grandchildren; brothers, Clark Whetstone, Randy Whetstone and Robert Wilson; sister, Barbara Younce and a number of nieces and nephews.
