Steven Eugene Etheridge

Steven Eugene Etheridge, 55, of Orangeburg passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, after an extended illness.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Orangeburg Baptist Tabernacle, 3440 North Rd, Orangeburg.  Rev. Thomas Brookshire will be officiating.

Steven was born in Columbia, S.C.  He was the son of the late Alfred W. Etheridge and the late Helen Paschal Etheridge.  He was an active member of Orangeburg Baptist Tabernacle until his health declined.  He enjoyed being outdoors, whether fishing or hunting.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David Allen Etheridge.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Olivia “Dawn” Jones Etheridge; daughter, Emily Dawn Neil (Lucas); grandchildren, Elliotte Neil, Charlotte Neil; sister, Rebecca Tejan (Jon) and many additional family, and friends.
