Suzanne Wetherington Westbury, 88 of Mt. Pleasant, SC died Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the Mt. Pleasant Hospital in Mt. Pleasant.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday before the service.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 1, 2014 Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg with Pastor Michael Morris officiating directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg

Pallbearers will be Andrew Page, Matthew Page, Matthew Westbury, Glenn Geiger, Johnny Geiger and Daniel Westbury.

She was born July 26, 1926 in Bamberg, SC; the daughter of the late Lonnie Zelotis Wetherington and the late Susie Pinkney Wetherington. She was a member of Sea Coast Church and was a former member of First Baptist Church. She was retired from Roses Department Store. She was the widow of the late Warren Lafayette Westbury, Sr.

Survivors include 1 daughter; Roz W. Page of Mt. Pleasant; 3 sons; Warren L. Westbury, Jr. of Lumberton, NC; Dan H. Westbury, Sr. of Orangeburg and Jack Westbury of Myrtle Beach; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 sister; Caroline Bessinger and Agnes Wetherington Faircloth both of James Island, SC and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday before the service at the funeral home. Friends and family will gather at Westbury Produce at the corner of Columbia Road and Ridgewood Drive in Orangeburg after the service.
