Survivors include her Mother, Kittie Louise Sullivan Gammons and her Father; Leroy Mayfield; 2 brothers; James Mayfield of Gibsonville, NC and Donnie Gammons of West Columbia, SC; 1 sister, Sherry Mayfield of Hulbert, OK; 1 son; Jacob Adair of Hulbert, OK  and 1 daughter, Tresa Campbell of Lexington, SC; son-in-law; Joseph Campbell of Lexington, SC; Grandchildren; Hunter Campbell, Shania Campbell, Hanna Adair and Brittany Adair and a number of nieces and nephews.
