Thomas Mitchell Atkins , 42 of Orangeburg died Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
A Memorial Service will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the home of Jack and Rosemary Hughey; 259 Frolick Meadows Lane; Orangeburg, SC. Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg is assisting the family.
He was born January 5, 1972 in Charleston, SC; He was the son of Anne "Betsy" Hughey Atkins and the late Jimmie Atkins. He was employed with K & W Logging as a mechanic.
Survivors include his Mother; Anne Atkins of Orangeburg; sister; Lois Dantzler of Orangeburg; brother; Michael Atkins of Orangeburg; 2 daughters; Meagan Nichole Atkins and Rebecca Anne Atkins and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
