Tommy Edward Locklear, 65 of Orangeburg died Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at his residence.

Private Services were held by the family

Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg is assisting the family.

He was born January 7, 1950 in Charleston, SC; the son of the late Dewey Locklear and the late Emma Elizabeth Osborne Locklear. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict.

Survivors include 1 sister; Vera Cox of Orangeburg and a half-brother; Wade and Dawn Barr of Ladson, SC.
