Travis Hudnall Player, 38, of Cope, S.C. died Sunday, December 8, 2013 at his residence.
A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Connerstone Community Church in Orangeburg, S.C. wiith Rev. Jon Richardson officiating.
Mr. Player was born February 9, 1097 in Hampton, S.C., a son of the late William China (Bill) Player, Sr. and Genevieve Poythress Player. He was a graduate of Orangeburg Christian Academy and was employed as a machinist at Whitman Mold.
Survivors include a daughter, Hayden Elizabeth Player of Cope; four sisters-Mary Player Shoemaker of Sumter, Laura Player Travis (Travis) of Georgia, Kathy Player Hill of St. Matthews, and Wendy Player of Sumter; two brothers, William C. Player, Jr. (Carol) of Camden and Wilson Ashley Player of St. Matthews; a number of nieces and nephews and his Whitman Mold family.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials/Donations for Hayden may be made to "The Travis Player Memorial Fund" at First Citizens Bank, 1820 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, S.C. 29115.
