Watson "Wallace" Manning Hoover

Watson “Wallace” Manning Hoover, 78, of Orangeburg passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018.     Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg.

Mr. Hoover was born on October 26, 1939 in North, S.C.  He was the son of the late Shellie Hoover and the late Essie Mae Chavis Hoover.  He served in the United States Air Force.  Mr. Wallace worked at Wannamaker Motor Company and later retired from Jeffcoat Auto Sales.  He was a lifetime member of the B.P.O.E.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Jackson Hoover, sons, Mark Hoover (Cindy), Kirk Hoover; grandchildren, Morgan Hoover (Josh Byrd), Brandy Peele, Jacob Hoover (Faith); great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Kelsey and Keira Peele; Charley and Braelynn Hoover-Byrd; Gracelynne, Georgianna, Gage, Gideon, Gabriella and Gilah Hoover.

A visitation will be held from 7:00-9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc.
