Bobby Lee Garner

Bobby Lee Garner, 64, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.   
 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.  Rev. Nick Fox will be officiating.                                                                     

Mr. Garner was born on November 4, 1953 in Sumter, S.C.  He was the son of the late Furniss Garner and the late Altha Windham Garner.  He was the Market Manager for IGA and Bilo.  He was a beloved father, grandfather and friend.  He enjoyed family time, watching NASCAR and going to the beach. 

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Shieder Garner of the home; son, Bobby Lee Garner, Jr. of Bowman; daughter, Melissa Ann McElveen of Florence; granddaughters, Savannah Victoria Garner and Kaniyah Marie Garner both of Florence; step-daughter, Sabrina Elese Myers of Bowman; special friends, Mike Kendrick of Chester and Devan Barr of Florence.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday May 11, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
