Elizabeth Hain Obituary

Elizabeth A. Hain, 87, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019 with her little dog Figaro by her side. Mrs. Hain was born on July 22, 1931 in Fisher, Illinois. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Gerber and the late Clarice Chrisman Gerber. She was predeceased by her husband, Willard Hain and her son, Michael Hinton. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Don Dressler of Edwards, Colorado; grandchildren, Jack Kamby, Cassidy Kamby, Creek Kamby all of Edwards, Colorado and Johnathan Hinton of Orlando, Florida; her nieces and nephews Amy and Steve Hill of Normal, IL; Mike and Janine Gerber of Raleigh, NC; Ann and Ernie Whitmore of Phoenix, AZ; Dave and Danette Gerber of Marengo, IL

Liz lived an amazing life including living on a 42 foot sailboat in the Caribbean for over 10 years.  Later in life her adventures brought her to Santee, South Carolina where she was an integral part of the Bradford Village community playing bridge and heading up many committees.  She was known as the world’s best list maker!  She will be sorely missed by her community.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Anna  and Bobby Lawn for their continuous love and support!
