Obituary

Hoyte Boltin, Jr., 55, of Orangeburg, S.C. passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, September 19, 2022, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel, 1012 Whitman Street, Orangeburg.  Rev. Henry Cooper will be officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 P.M. on Monday, September 19, 2022, prior to the memorial service.

Mr. Boltin was born in Orangeburg County.  He was the son of the late Hoyte Boltin, Sr. and the late Linda J. Boltin.  He was a member of Gesthemane Baptist Church in St. Matthews.  He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Kathy Boltin.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara F. Boltin; sons, Christopher Shannon Boltin; Zachary Boltin, Matthew Hoyte Boltin; daughter, Victoria Trimnal; grandchildren, Alyssa Trimnal, Alexis Gray, Dallas Lynn Trimnal; sister, Sharon Boltin Pruitt (Allen) and a number of nieces and nephews.
