Jeanette (Beason) Woodall

Jeanette Woodall, 81, of Orangeburg passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel, 1012 Whitman Street, Orangeburg.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Thompson Funeral Home prior to the service.

Mrs. Jeanette was born on June 6, 1942, in Orangeburg.  She was the daughter of the late Odell Beason and the late Bert Lee Williams Beason.  She worked many years as a licensed beautician in Orangeburg until her health began to fail. She enjoyed reading and shopping in her spare time.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty Irick.

Survivors include her son, Byron Scott and a sister, Helen Williams (Wayne) and a number of nieces, nephews, many friends and acquaintances.
