A true giant of a man, Christian, Veteran, husband, deacon and father, Linnie will truly be missed.
Linnie was a devoted member of St. George Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, taught Sunday school for many years, and volunteered with The Christian Recycle Ministry to Decatur, Alabama. He loved to cultivate the land and was well known for his expansive garden full of fruits and vegetables, notably his beautiful red tomatoes. Linnie enjoyed canning and would share his prized grape jelly with friends, family, or any visitor to his home.
