Otis Russell, Sr.

Mr. Otis Russell, Sr. of Orangeburg passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.

Mr. Otis was born on July 20, 1940 in Orangeburg.  He was the son of the late Drakard Russell and the late Azalee Platt Russell.  He was predeceased by a son, Otis Russell, Jr. and brothers, Donnie Russell, Melvin Russell and Waddell Russell.

Survivors include his wife, Lynda Russell of Orangeburg; daughters, Cathy Griffin of Cope, Brittany Beason of Aiken, Lynn Wooten of West Columbia; son, Mark Russell of St. Matthews; grandchildren, Christopher Mobley, C.J. Beason, Hannah Beason, Maddox Beason, Kellie Wooten, Courtnie Wooten, Adrienne Russell; brothers, Delvert, D.R., Dravis, Ray, Milton, L.H.; sisters, Rosemary, Betty, Dorothy and Salley.
