Ronnie Dawsey, Sr.

Ronnie Dawsey, Sr., 63, of Cordova passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel, 1012 Whitman Street, Orangeburg.

Ronnie was born on January 27, 1958 in Conway, S.C.  He was the son of the late Luttie Inez Dorman Dawsey.  Ronnie was retired from O’Cain Construction. He was predeceased by his wife, Sally Dawsey and his daughter, Tabitha Sanchez.

Survivors include his son, Ronnie Dawsey, Jr. of Orangeburg; stepchildren, Christina Lawton, Joann Dunning (Rob, Jr.) all of Orangeburg, Paul Lawton of North Carolina; brothers, Billy Martin, James M. Dawsey; sister, Sherry Dawsey Antley all of Orangeburg; several grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Maude Schiffley SPCA at 225 Ruf Road, Orangeburg, S.C. 29118.
